You will earn points or rewards for activities like purchases, referrals, or social media engagement, and these earned points can be converted into tokens for in-app e-rebate voucher redemption.

The ISETAN app offers users benefits such as exclusive discounts & offers, birthday rewards, event promotion updates and other in-app promotions following membership tier status.

To sign up as a member, just download the ISETAN app from the App Store, Google Play Store & Huawei App Gallery and register as a user.

• You qualify as a Silver Member after you have downloaded the ISETAN app and completed the registration process.
• To become a Gold Member, you will need to accumulate 800 points within 12 running months of registering, or you may opt to instantly upgrade with only RM15 via the in-app payment gateway.
• To become a Platinum Member, you will need to accumulate 10,000 points and above within 12 running months

You can earn points through your purchases at Isetan Kuala Lumpur Department Store (except F&B restaurant & Vendors@Lot10 store). You will earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on normal-priced items and 1 point for every RM10 spent on discounted items.

Your accumulated points will be converted into Token after 6 running months and after that, they can be converted to e Rebate Vouchers accordingly for purchase payment use.

• Silver Tier: 2% rebate on total points earned
• Gold Tier: 5% rebate on total points earned
• Platinum Tier: 7% rebate on total points earned

E.g: If you are a Gold member and have accumulated 1,000 points during 6 running months, your points will be converted to 50 Tokens. (1 Token = RM1 e Rebate Voucher)

Tokens that have been converted into e-rebate vouchers should be used immediately and will have a validity of 24 hours. If you don’t use the voucher within this timeframe, it will expire and void accordingly. Any unused e-vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for other rewards.

Tokens earned through a tier upgrade will be reflected in the app 24 hours after the tier upgrade is completed. Tokens that auto-converted from your 6 months accumulated period points conversion will appear in your account immediately after the period elapses, whichever comes first.
