[Storage]

• To keep best quality, please store it in freezer below -18°C to avoid long-term storage at home
• It may caused discoloration if you keep it in fridge or room temperture
• Recommend to eat within one month to keep best quality

[Defrost]
Defrost with running water before eat.

1. Take your needed portion , and then put in a bowl or a pot
2. Defrost until outside gets a bit soft and inside semi-thawed

It may lost best texture and flavor if over cooked
