E-Invoice

An e-invoice is a digital representation of a transaction between a supplier and a buyer. It is a file created in the format specified by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM).

E-invoices are essential for businesses and organisations that need to process claims and manage expenses efficiently.

Once a purchase has been made, you can retrieve the e-invoice after 24 hours. Click here to go to the e-invoice self-serve portal.

Yes. You would need to download the e-invoice within 72 hours after you receive the receipt. 

Step 1 : After 24 hours from your receipt or order creation time. Generate your e-invoice here.

Step 2 : Select Main HQ (HQ) & complete the receipt details:

  • In-store Slip no. (eg. 00000xxxxxxxxxxxxxx) or Online Order ID. (without #)
  • Receipt Date
  • Receipt Amount (deduct plastic bags charges and gift vouchers usage amount)
  • Screenshot of your receipt

Step 3 : Claim as Company or Individual and complete the required information:

  • Your name
  • Email address
  • Registration (Type and number)
  • Tax Identification number (TIN)
  • Phone number
  • Residential Address
  • City
  • State

Step 4 : Review all the details and tick the consent box and click "Generate E-invoice".
