“RADIANCE”

Isetan’s new wrapping paper “radiance” embraces the feelings of the giver. Gift your feelings of gratitude to your loved ones in a form of a box wrapped with care.

The “radiance” wrapping paper is designed with lines of colored pencils drawn straight and carefully to express the feelings that you want to deliver.

The gift wrap design is created by well known French artist, Philip Wisebecker.

ALTERATION

We offer free simple alteration* on all merchandises, except boutique brands at all of our Isetan stores.
However, minimal charges will be applied for complicated alteration.
You can expect an average period of three days for most alterations except during festive season.
You can approach our staff at respective counters for alteration services of your purchases.

* Simple alteration such as shortening hemline of pant.

RESERVATION

We can reserve regular items for you for up to three (3) days at all our ISETAN Kuala Lumpur Stores and ISETAN The Japan Store. However, sales and promotional merchandise cannot be reserved.
You can approach our staff at the respective counter to make merchandise reservation.
You can call us if you require more information about our reservation services. We will be happy to attend to your queries.

HAIR SALON

Unwind with the Japanese hair salon in our store, Number76 at Isetan The Japan Store & Isetan The Gardens.
