You can collect points on your online purchases by logging into your member account before completing checkout. To successfully link your accounts and earn points, please ensure your website account details (email address, contact number, and password) match your Isetan App credentials.

Points earned online will sync to your ISETAN App account, but rewards and vouchers generated from these points can currently only be redeemed for in-store purchases. They cannot be used on the online store.
