Originally a Korean dish, Yakiniku is the Japanese word for ‘grilled meat.’ (Yaki means grilled and niku is meat.)

The method of Yakiniku focuses on drawing out the natural flavour of the meat and with this, many cuts of beef do not come marinated or pre-seasoned to relish the natural flavour.
