Our Self-Pickup service is exclusively available at Isetan KLCC.
Please head over to our I-Club Counter, 2nd Floor at Isetan KLCC to collect your order. Our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Shopping is simple! Just add your favorite items to your cart, proceed to the checkout page, and select the "Self-Pickup" option under the shipping/fulfillment methods before making your payment.
Depending on product availability, your order will typically be ready for collection within 1 to 2 working days.
Our team processes orders during standard working days. Any orders placed on Friday after 5:00 PM, or over the weekend, will be processed on the next available working day (Monday, excluding Public Holidays).
Please wait for our notification before heading to the store. You will receive an official "Order is Ready for Pickup" email the moment your package arrives and is secured at the I-Club KLCC pickup point.
Please present the digital or printed copy of your "Order is Ready for Pickup" email (showing the order number).
