Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at I Online-KL. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DEFINITION

“ Working days” refer to Monday to Friday Except Saturday and Sunday and public Holidays.

“Proof of delivery” refer to delivery document that specifies date, time, place of delivery and the recipient’s signature.

 

MERCHANDISE VALUE AND LIABILITIES

• The company reserves the right not to deliver orders with incomplete shipping address.
• The company shall be fully liable for the amount paid by the buyer should there are any losses / damages arising out of delivery.
• The company reserves the right to withhold any deliver charges if the merchandises are rejected at delivery. Delivery must be accepted or rejected as a whole (all items), not by item.

• International shipping is currently not available. As soon as your items are authenticated, we’ll ship them out to you and send you a link to track your package.
