SLEEPING AID
Distilled from lavender flowers that have been grown in Bulgaria during the summer months in fields surrounded by mountains and in a valley close to the Mediterranean coast. This lavender oil is ideal for diffusing in a room during a long bath or in a sauna after a day of busy activities, but it can also be used topically to soothe skin irritations, for headaches and muscular pains.

Lavender is often considered a must-have oil to keep on hand at all times due to its versatile uses, including calming and relaxing properties that promote peaceful sleep and ease feelings of tension.
Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with Bam & Co. Carrier Oil i.e. Almond Oil, Coconut Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Jojoba Oil & Rice Bran Oil prior to use to minimize any skin sensitivity. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
