The plant’s stalks are a common ingredient in Asian cooking, but it is also possible to brew lemongrass to make tea. It is now commonly used as an essential oil for various health benefit.
Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with Bam & Co. Carrier Oil i.e. Jojoba Oil prior to use to minimize any skin sensitivity. Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice.
