Return & Refund
Due to hygiene purposes, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. Kindly contact us for return & exchange info and approval. Returns without prior notice will not be entertained.

- Due to hygiene purposes, strictly no comfort exchanges for all pillows, mattress protectors and Brita products, except for Manufacturing Defects, Wrong Item and/or Wrong Size.
- Products that fulfil the reasons of return & exchange can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. All returns must be in original condition with original product packaging, price tags and labels. Do not break the seal, plastic or any cover of the product. Product must also be stain-free and have no signs of usage.
- Returned products are subject to Quality Control checking and exchanges will only be processed for items that pass the Quality Control checking.
- Brita reserves the right for final decision on all returns or exchanges.
- Brita reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
Please note that this product is not held in ready stock at our main warehouse. Inventory is sourced from either our in-store counters or delivered directly from our suppliers to you via dropshipping.
Due to this multi-source fulfillment method, please be aware of the following:
- Shipment Delays: Delivery times may vary and can be subject to delays. Factors such as supplier processing, in-store stock retrieval, logistical challenges, or unforeseen circumstances may impact the estimated delivery timeframe. Your patience and understanding in such instances are greatly appreciated.
- Potential Out-of-Stock Situations: While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, there is a possibility that an item may become unavailable with our supplier or be sold at an in-store counter before our system can update. Should this occur, we will promptly notify you and offer an alternative solution or a full refund.
