How to Use: Every day, morning and/or night

In the bath: pour a few drops into the bathtub and run the water (maximum temperature: 37°C). Stay in the bath for 10 minutes to breathe in the aromatic vapours and invigorate the skin and mind.In the shower: apply to wet skin and rinse.

Ingredients: Sweet scented geranium essential oil, rosemary, field mint
